A good choice for exploring New York City. A great stay.
-
We really loved spectacular views!
Everything was PERFECT, especially rooms and views. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. There's good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Bellini, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

In our reservation we asked for a quiet room and that's how it was. Interior rooms that greatly minimized the noise of the street. comfortable bed. breakfast is the typical American one, at the end we missed the Mediterranean food (oil, tomatoes) but everything was correct and they replenished immediately. manager, Cesar, was very helpful and we did not miss anything. He would have to be raffled off among the best hotels, I think he is very prepared for the hotel business. perfect location: near the Broocklyn Bridge, boat station to go to Staten Island, Batery Park and One World Obs.
Until the manager was at the breakfast service (after two or three days of the stay) there was no way for any other employee to tell me that there was cocoa and hot milk. . I also didn't like the fact that the corridor where our room was (the basement, although the room had a terrace with garden furniture) was used to store the bedding cart. It also gave a bad impression that it took up space.

the staff was very nice and very helpful. I really liked staying there because of the positive climate.
The breakfast room was really small so we sometimes hadn't had a place to sit... but we didn't have to wait too long for a table... 2 times maybe 5 minutes.
-
Very comfortable rooms, excelent bed and quite close to the subway station.
Extremely poor breakfast. Even if it's included, think about having breakfast outside every day.

Only room is clean
I booked this hotel from your website (booking number 967824545) when I arrived hotel front desk said to me your booked cancel but I did not cancel this reversvation.I paid different price your page and They did not give me invoice

Very friendly and professional staff! The position is excellent. Just 5 minutes by walk to downtown (wallstreet, world trade center) and to the underground station for JFK and time square
The room is small and very expensive. The free breakfast was ridiculous. Almost nothing to eat and just 20 dining seats for 65 rooms.
-
The hotel in well located for visiting lower Manhattan and especially famous Brooklyn bridge. The breakfast is nice, you can have tea or coffee all day around. The bed was very comfortable. The stuff is helpful. Casual athmosphere.
It is relatively low building and offers no view (except the street).
-
Good location and reasonably close to subway station, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms, good breakfast
We had a room with a view of a brick wall for our first night but changed to a room with a good view of Manhattan and a balcony for our remaining nights.
-
Cleanliness of the room. Comfortable beds. Reliable service and facilities. Truly business class lodging, nothing fancy, but commendable nonetheless. Good choice for vactioners who don't plan on spending too much time in their hotel room and instead wnat a clean room and a comfortable bed.
Exercise room too small and poorly equipped. Wifi was weak and frequently interrupted.

I can't believe how convenient this hotel is! We chose to drive to the city, and the hotel is right off fdr drive. Being unfamiliar with nyc, this was a big plus for us. Parking was very convenient just across the street, with reduced rate parking for hotel guests. The Seaport area is beautiful, and we took in a harbor cruise out to the Statue of Liberty. We were able to walk to the new World Trade Center site, down Broadway, then right onto Canal Street for an afternoon of shopping. We were also able to walk to the entrance of the Brooklyn Bridge and enjoyed the sun set from the middle of the bridge. The hotel was clean, the staff super helpful. Highly recommend this spot.
Perhaps the sitting capacity at breakfast is a bit small. The breakfast itself , however, is quite decent!
-
good price/quality, clean room, helpful and very friendly staff, good free wifi access
noise from a/c and ice machine

People there were very kind and helpful. I liked that our package included a continental breakfast which was basic, but good. We liked the bed, very confortable and strong at the same time. The bedroom was enough spacious. We liked the fact that with our stay, we had a special fee for a 24 hours parking near by. Also the hotel was quite central to where we wanted to spend our time in nyc (chelsea, Soho, Tribeca, lower east side)
The bathroom curtains were too small they didn't go all the way down and they weren't water proof, so everytime we would take a shower we would make a huge water pond by the bath that we had to dry out using every towel available in the bathroom. Also, the room was very dry. We had dry skin the whole time we were there.

Free continental breakfast. Comfort of the rooms/beds. Low price compared to comparable hotels in the area. Location.

It was great to find affordable place that was very comfortable and the staff was incredible!
